Park Pty Ltd is licensed under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997. Park Pty Ltd has two sites in NSW that operate under an Environment Protection License (EPL). The two sites are the Port Kembla Terminal and the Newcastle terminal. The Port Kembla Terminal license number is 654 and the Newcastle Terminal licence number is 12977.

The Protection of the Environment Legislation Amendment Act 2011 (POELA Act) requires that a Pollution Incident Response Management Plan (PIRMP) is developed and implemented for each of these sites. The PIRMP for our two sites can be accessed through the following links;
